Online Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in either Tivat or Podgorica. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our online gambling platform. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a solid background in the industry to step into an operations-focused leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across departments including customer support, payments, risk/fraud, and compliance.
• Monitor and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and player experience.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects and campaigns.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and ensure service-level agreements are met.
• Assist in setting and monitoring KPIs and operational performance targets.
• Support regulatory reporting and internal audits in collaboration with compliance and legal teams.
• Identify operational issues and implement strategic solutions.
• Contribute to the scaling and optimization of existing processes in line with business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the online gambling industry, in roles such as customer support, payments, fraud, compliance, or product.
• Strong understanding of how different operational components interconnect in a regulated online gaming environment.
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.
• Willingness to be based in Tivat or Podgorica and work onsite or in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with CRM systems, payment gateways, or KYC providers.
• Familiarity with European online gambling regulations.
• Fluency in Montenegrin/Serbian is a plus but not required.
