Your key responsibilities:
- Maintains constant surveillance of clients and staff on the beach;acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of clients and staff in the event of the emergency.
- Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
- Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Enforce facility and league policies and procedures as well as the guest code of conduct.
- Respond to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete accurate reports and paperwork including incident and medical reports.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Provide industry best guest experience.
- Other duties as assigned, as directed by the Supervisor.
Knowledge and experience required:
- High School Diploma.
- Valid Montenegrin Lifeguard Certificate.
- First Aid / CPR / AED.
- Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred.
- Fluent in Montenegrin language, both verbal and in written.
- Basic knowledge in verbal English language.
Person specification:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and oversee the situation.
