Noblewood Adriatic - a producer, exporter and a distributor of alcoholic beverages, located in Nikšić, Montenegro, part of the international Noblewood Group, is looking for a:
Export Marketing Manager
for a position of in-house Export Marketing Manager in Montenegro
Scope of work (main duties):
- Local Brand planning together with partners according to the needs of dedicated markets/ Countries` Brand Plans development and their execution in line with Brand guidelines
- Achieving growth in local markets sales and hitting export sales targets through developing & implementing trade marketing programs
- Operational guidance & support of local markets` marketing needs
- Local Brand Ambassadors management & control
- Bartenders Loyalty Program run
- Budgets and financial control & management
Requirements:
- High education in the field of Economics / Marketing / Management
- Experience 1+years of marketing experience working with premium brands (in FMCG preferably)
- A goal oriented person with effective project management experience (including SMM\Digital)
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Marketing projects budgeting principles clear understanding and financial discipline
Personal skills:
- A goal oriented person with effective project management experience
- Supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
Foreign languages:
- English - fluent (speak\read\write)
- Serbian / Russian – nice to have but not obligatory
