About job

Responsible for overseeing marketing activity and budget within the team, as well as developing campaigns around Lustica Bay strategic goals. Support the development of the marketing strategy in line with the business plan, and to develop campaigns that execute on that strategy. This covers the complete real estate cycle from development marketing working hand in hand with the sales department to support targets through to the handover and ongoing operational marketing for the community and placemaking.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to develop our overall marketing strategy
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned to the strategic goals and business plan of the organization
  • Manage a team of marketing managers, setting clear objectives and supporting them to do the best work of their careers
  • Seek opportunities to be creative and innovative especially in the area of B2B and partner marketing
  • Be a brand guardian and ensure consistent tone of voice across all campaigns
  • Report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Develop and manage successful relationships with external agencies, partners, and other third-party providers to ensure high-quality cost-effective delivery
  • Represent the organization at external events
  • Oversee the marketing budget
  • Deputies for the Communications and Marketing Director
  • Ensure the project contributes a positive legacy to the local Montenegrin.
Functional / Technical Competencies:
  • Destination/project and real-estate marketing strategy development and execution
  • Clear understanding of the 7 P’s of marketing (Product, Placement, Price, Promotion. People, Processes & Physical Evidence) and how they implement in destination/real-estate/property marketing
  • Good understanding destination marketing, placemaking and activation strategies
  • People and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of Marketing Mix and Channel Communications within property/real estate
  • Team culture development/transformational change management experience
  • Reporting, administration and budget management
  • Customer-centric understanding and strategies
  • Segmentation and research skills
  • Creative and innovative thinking (solutions driven)
  • Strong Communication reporting skills
  • Good business acumen and strong budgeting skills
  • Good understanding destination marketing, placemaking and activation strategies
  • Understanding of agency practices, brief writing and agency negotiation and management
  • Standard Office Software Capabilities
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • A second language is a plus.
Knowledge and experience required
  • University Degree Graduate (Marketing, related fields, or relevant experience)
  • Desirable - University Degree in Marketing Management, Communications or Destination Marketing Ability to be flexible, resourceful, service-oriented, and self-motivated
  • 7+ years marketing experience out of which 3 years should be in an equivalent management level managing small teams of 2-3 staff
  • Experience in Property/Real Estate Industry is a highly desirable.
