Finance manager
The candidate should meet the following conditions:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position (Finance Manager, Head of Finance, etc.)
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Commercial and business awareness; An analytical mind
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Fluent in English; articulate with good verbal and written communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Ability to stick to time constraints
- Teaming up with country General Manager (peers in Management team) in preparing business plan for the country as well as operating, investment, and strategic business cases for Corporate approval, etc.
- Experience in influencing decisions and managing tight conversations and situations with direct reports, peers, and superiors
- Coordinates Accounting, Payroll and Financial Reporting Activities at local level as well as Logistics related matters
- Responsible (together with local General Manager) for the annual planning process (annual budget, projections and long-term plans) of the Company
- Ensure accurate month, quarter and year-end closing with strict adherence to corporate reporting deadlines
- Responsible for reporting to Corporate Management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to Company’s Policies and Procedures; develop local ones if required by local legislation or in case of market specific needs
- Ensure compliance with local tax legislation as well as accurate and timely filling and submission of local Tax reports
- Responsible for Internal/External Audits
- Coordinates/executes local finance operations
