Telenor Montenegro is seeking for candidates interested to cover 1 open position of:

 

Field Sales Representative
(for area: Bar, Ulcinj and Podgorica - Zeta)

Key responsabilities:

  • Achievement of monthly/yearly KPI’s and sales targets;
  • Carries out the distribution of prepaid products (SIM packs and top-ups) ensuring optimum supply of customers (kiosks, traditional trade etc.) on the assigned territory;
  • Provides the appropriate portfolio range and optimal inventory at all points of sale, 365 days a year with regular inventory check on point of sales;
  • Regular field visits to customers and their point of sales according to assigned POS segmentation;
  • Presentation of current and new products and campaigns, an incentive program and other promotional activities at the point of sale and checking POS employees knowledge about the same;
  • Sales performance and trends on assigned sales route monitoring and cascading to employees at point of sales;
  • Optimization of daily routs according to POS segmentation.
  • Merchandising and effective use of POS-materials;
  • Provide installation, maintenance, replacement and withdrawal of devices for electronic recharge sales;
  • Enforcement of procedures for the process of rewarding clients from incentive programs and responsibility over prizes distribution and taking necessaries measures in case of breaching incentive rules;
  • Strictly applies conditions and sales policy and follows the guidelines on giving credit limit and credit days, with full responsibility for handling charges in the territory covered;
  • Compliance with prescribed credit policies by the company;
  • Collecting and updating of customer documentation prescribed by procedure and handover/delivery to Sales Support;
  • Processing customer complaints in line with the defined procedures;
  • Actively follows competition on point of sales as well as market trends and notify the Line Management;
  • Identify deficiencies in business processes and procedures, proposing measures for improvement in order to better control and protect company interests;
  • Identify new business opportunities in the sector and recommends solutions for improving business results.

Competences: The ideal candidate should possess

  • Minimum High School degree;
  • Proven track record in Sales or Customer Care area;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Active driver B category;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office) and tablet;
  • The ability to independently perform tasks in the field;
  • Exceptional negotiation skills;
  • Proactive and Dynamic with customer centric approach;
  • Communication skills and the ability to develop partnerships with clients;
  • Organized & analytical;
  • Basic knowledge of English language.
