VIVAJO

We are an international team of passionate people working together to create amazing things. We take care of our physical and mental wellbeing. We make room for leisure, family and friends in our lives. We believe in a work-life balance to achieve a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

VIVAJO is a group of 10 companies in 4 countries (Romania, Moldova, Germany, and Montenegro), that focuses on various digitization topics. Our journey started in 2008 in Cluj-Napoca. Over 150 people are currently working hybrid in our 8 offices or remote.

Our modern offices are ready for the new-work concept. You can meet and work agile in our different areas. Desks can be reserved flexibly, depending on the city in which our employees are currently located. Our flexibility is our strength.

Since November 2022 we opened our new Office in Podgorica / Montenegro.

We are expanding and looking for more than 200 new employees. Become part of our team now and make the world a better place for tomorrow.
