Adriatic Properties d.o.o., Budva - Sveti Stefan, is looking for:






  • Attend to sales enquiries from walk-in and call-in customers;
  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers;
  • Achieve annual Business Plan targets for respective projects;
  • Conduct market research and property purchasers behavior to keep abreast with trends, demands and carry out Advertising and Promotional activities;
  • Make presentations and demonstrations;
  • Liaise with relevant agencies and carry out Advertising and Promotional activities;
  • Assist in the development, production and distribution of sales and promotional materials;
  • Coordinate new project launches;
  • Assist in conducting interviews of prospects for future home sales, including model presentation;
  • Monitor sales processes based on ISO standards, including fallow up on loan applications and liaison with solicitors on loan documentation;
  • Assist with sales office administrative responsibilities as needed.


  • A sales & marketing assistant needs to have exceptional communication skills;
  • Proficient written and spoken English, Russian and local;
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent;
  • Good property knowledge and sense of the market trend;
  • Able to liaise with local councils, authorities, government agencies and consultants effectively and efficiently;
  • Must be persuasive, polite and have good negotiation skills;
  • Must be competitive, driven and confident;
  • 3+ years in real estate/ property agent & Marketing services;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
