A great opportunity to join the team for the opening of Zahira Restaurant at the H Hotel in Dubai offering modern middle eastern cuisine with food that interprets the classic famed dishes from the Levant regions through innovation, vibrancy and indulgence cooked by Michelin Star Chef Greg Malouf.

The venue will have a varied wine menu and a cocktail list fusing fruits, herbs and spices from the Levant creating an uplifting offering that matches perfectly to the light and elegant food.

The atmosphere will change late night with an eclectic lounge scene with a top Lebanese DJ consulting on the music program.

A service style that is charming and warm with the skill of classic French training offering the table a little piece of exposure to Levant hospitality guiding the guest through the meal to elevate their dining experience and these are the qualities we are looking for in our team as well as an in-depth knowledge of Levant cosine as well as upscale service style.

We are currently looking for Hostesses & Cocktail Waitresses, the contract is for 2 years and includes:
 

• Salary: 2500/3000 Dirhams plus service charge & tips
• Accommodation (shared basis), Transport & Meals on duty
• Medical Insurance
• Return Flight home every 2 years

All applicants need to be fluent in the English language.
