Talent Manager

Job Description

 

  • Leading and managing all Recruitment processes for all position levels, ensuring that all interviewers are involved in process and completed process as per company standards.
  • Together with Training Manager ensure that Succession planning is done as per company standards.
  • Together with Head of HR and Training Manager ensure that Talent Review  is done with all HODs and Excom and updated in software.
  • Maintaining social media and actively search for candidates through social networks.
  • Together with Training Manager maintaining relations, recruiting and ensuring that all interns from domestic and foreign institutions are completed their internship programs as per standards.
  • Together with Training Manager ensuring that appriasal process is done in fair and professional manner as per company standards.
  • Ensuring that new joinees are onboarded as per company standards (maintain work permit process, support in accomodation, transportation…).
  • Together with training manager ensuring that Team member engagement survey is conducted and action plans based on results executed.
  • Maintaining exit interviews and together with Training manager following up with new joinees settling process through „my 30 and 90 days“ in Azmont. Ensuring that feedback is communicated to related HODs and Excom.
  • Together with Head of HR actively working on Employer branding.
  • Leading a process of best employee of month, quarter and year.
  • Responsible for internal communication.
  • Constantly working on new ways and processes which can help us and actively updating Excom and HODs of competitors best practices.
  • Organizing cross expossures for our team members abroad
  • Together with Head of HR and Training manager must be energy and morale booster and bear in mind that in every professional and private occassion is representing company.
