Manager (m/f)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within the organization. This role is essential in ensuring efficiency, performance, and alignment with company objectives across teams and processes.
The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate operational activities, and ensure that all functions run smoothly and effectively. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to drive results and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
