As Acquera Yachting continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Montenegro Operations Manager to join our team in the heart of Tivat, Montenegro!
Role:
A Montenegro Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational activities of the yachting agency. The aim of the position is to ensure, within their assigned geographical area (Montenegro), the smooth execution of yacht and megayacht clearances and maritime agency activities. The role includes organizing and promoting events and services, supervising formalities, provisioning, concierge, bunkering, and providing comprehensive assistance to clients throughout their stay.
They must maintain relationships with suppliers, evaluating their suitability both in terms of pricing and efficiency, and actively seek new opportunities and partnerships with the goal of continuously improving the services offered and fostering business growth.

Role:

Responsibilities:
- Supervising berth bookings and clearance procedures in coordination with local offices.
- Overseeing and supporting the organization and quality of services provided to guests, owners, and crew (e.g., excursions, events, transfers, medical assistance, provisions).
- Collaborating with local offices to select and manage supplier relationships, constantly seeking service improvements.
- Monitoring data accuracy in management software for Statements of Account and CRM updates.
- Ensuring credit recovery in coordination with Administration.
- Providing 24/7 assistance for yacht-related requests during port activities.
- Maintaining effective client communication to optimize service quality and drive business growth.
- Supporting the Commercial Team in expanding the client portfolio by participating in trade shows and prospecting activities.
- Managing activities within the allocated budget and ensuring targets and client acquisition goals are being met.
- Overseeing staff management, training, and development plans in collaboration with Human Resources.
- 5 year of experience, preferably in the yachting industry or in the luxury hospitality industry
- Experience in managing yachting agencies
- Advanced experience in the customer care area
- Experience in using IT systems and MS Office
- In-depth knowledge of the local area
- Collaborative and discreet, with a strong sense of confidentiality
