STAR ASSIST AGENT
Merit Starlit Hotel & Residence is looking for a communicative and courteous individual for the position of Star Assistant for guests. The person in this role will be responsible for providing a personalized approach to guests, attending to their needs, and creating a top-tier guest experience.

- Welcoming and seeing off guests
- Personalized service and care for VIP guests
- Assisting guests in using hotel amenities
- Coordination with reception, concierge, and other teams
- Monitoring feedback and improving the guest experience
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to create a pleasant and luxurious atmosphere for guests
- Ability to identify specific guest needs and provide high-quality service in line with the highest standards
- Fluency in foreign languages, especially English (additional languages are a plus
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
