About job:

Responsible for beverage operations. Ensure that the bar is operative and managed by an efficient team of employees. Strives to improve service performance.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Ensures compliance with bar policies, standards and procedures.
  • Understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in employee’s absence.
  • Inspiring bar staff to deliver prompt, friendly and efficient service at all times.
  • Respond quickly and proactively to employee’s concerns.
  • Provide a working and learning atmosphere with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure and maintain the high productivity level of employees by effective scheduling of work.
  • Provide excellent guest service.
  • Understand The Company’s service culture and standards andensure that all team members have the same understanding.
  • Set service expectations for all guests internally and externally.

Knowledge and experience required:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years of bar experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel property.
  • Fluent in Montenegrin and English language, both verbal and in written.
Person specification:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize and oversee the situation.
