Golf Marshall / Players Assistant (m/f)

 
Role Purpose:
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the golf course by managing the flow of play, maintaining course rules, and ensuring a positive experience for all golfers. The Golf Marshall acts as a liaison between golfers, course staff, and management, promoting safety, courtesy, and the highest level of customer service. They are responsible for monitoring play, assisting with any issues or concerns, and maintaining the integrity of the course environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and briefing
• Handing over the rental equipment
• Access control driving range and golf course
• Assisting the golf instructor
• Setting up the practice facilities in the morning (ball pyramids, clubs etc.)
• Organisation of maintenance of Golf equipment and Driving Range devices (Clubs, Ball machine etc)
• Collecting and washing driving range balls
• Accompany golf guests to holes 1,2,3 and serve drinks if necessary
• Coordinating bookings and admissions with the golf reception
• Check compliance with the golf course rules

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Sporty appearance
• Knowledge of English
• Driving licence
• Good physical condition
• Manual dexterity and ability to operate a vehicle
• Interest in sports, if possible golf
• Willingness to work on weekends and operation peaks
