Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including reception, facilities, and administrative support
  • Manage the office budget and ensure cost-effective operations
  • Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Assist with HR functions, such as recruitment and onboarding
  • Provide administrative support to senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Google G-Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
