Office Manager (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including reception, facilities, and administrative support
- Manage the office budget and ensure cost-effective operations
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Assist with HR functions, such as recruitment and onboarding
- Provide administrative support to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Google G-Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
