Night Club Waiter/Waitress

We are looking to employ an experienced Night Club Waiter/Waitress who assists patrons by noting their order, serving tables as requested, and preparing bills at the end of patrons stay.

Role: Waiters are also responsible for asking customers if they are satisfied with their order and providing any assistance should the customer not be satisfied.

Job Description:

As a Waitstaff member at our Night Club, you'll play a crucial role in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing them with menus
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Suggesting cocktails and offering recommendations based on guest preferences
• Delivering drinks and food promptly while ensuring accuracy
• Anticipating guest needs and addressing them promptly and courteously
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the bar area and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with the bartending team to ensure smooth operations
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume night club or restaurant
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
