Help Desk Specialist (m/f)
Role Overview:
 
You will be joining the dynamic IT team as a skilled and motivated HelpDesk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of the systems, networks, and servers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling and resolving client inquiries, providing remote troubleshooting;
  • Consulting and supporting users in resolving their issues;
  • Generating requests in the Jira project management system.
Ideal profile for the position:
  • Minimum 1.5 years of work experience;
  • Advanced PC skills, capable of troubleshooting at a system administrator level;
  • Experience assembling and configuring computers of any complexity, installing operating systems, and software;
  • Ability to ensure continuous operation of IT infrastructure;
  • Excellent communication skills necessary for interacting with colleagues;
  • Experience in user support and configuration of office equipment (computers, phones, printers, scanners, cameras, etc.);
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently;
  • Attentive to the smallest details;
  • Skilled in analyzing problems and finding innovative solutions;
  • Upper-intermediate level English is a must.
