Shisha Man

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Shisha/Hookah Staff member to join our team. As a Shisha/Hookah Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a Tivat based position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up hookahs for customers, ensuring proper assembly and functionality
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on different flavors and combinations
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the hookah area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery of hookahs
  • Monitor customer usage to prevent misuse or overconsumption
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
