For our client, a chain of pharmacies, we are looking for:
 
DIRECTOR OF PHARMACEUTICAL BRANCHES (M/F)
LOCATION: PODGORICA


Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all operational aspects of pharmaceutical branches, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, managing inventory and logistics, and ensuring a high level of customer experience;
  • Creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to enhance product sales, increase market share, and achieve profitability goals;
  • Leading a team of pharmaceutical professionals, providing continuous development and motivation to employees;
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers;
  • Identifying market trends and opportunities, and adapting strategies accordingly to maximize business growth;
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to assess branch performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement;
  • Employee recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and training. Collaborating with external HR agencies in order to identify best candidates for our branches;
  • Communicating with state institutions, inspections, local authorities when needed;
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions in the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Demonstrated team leadership and achievement of business results;
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to effectively manage time and priorities in a dynamic environment;
  • High level of initiative, determination, and ability to make strategic decisions.
