We are looking for a self-starting, perfect team leader who will help us hit the ground running!!! What we require:
  • At least two years of real estate experience (or 5 years of sales management experience)
  • Knowledge of the entire real estate sale process from start to the closing table including but not limited to: property listings, document & contract management, seller & buyer coordination, intermediary between all of the players (buyers, sellers, banks, attorneys, accountants, etc.) during the process of a transaction, managing all administrative tasks from contract to close
  • History of five successful sales transactions and an active list of prospective clients
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (knowledge of Serbian, Russian and/or Turkish is a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong work ethic and passion for real estate
  • A strong desire and curiosity to learn and be coached
