PERSONAL ASSISTANT
We are looking for a special person who will join our team and support the mission by providing direct support to the founders of ATMAN in a multitude of areas. This interesting and challenging role would suit a confident, highly organized, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and has a “can do” working style.
Languages: English, Montenegrin, knowledge of Russian is a bonus.
Location: Tivat, Kotor, Budva Areas
Work schedule: Full time
Salary: 1200EUR
About you:
- Driver license, 5 years of driving experience, clean driving history (car will be provided, bonus if you have your own car as well)
- Has 3+ years of hospitality or personal assistant experience.
- Excellent communicator - experience in communication with top management, VIP clients, vendors, etc. Can negotiate with vendors and give pushback. Has English and Montenegrin level: C1, C2.
- Organized and detail-oriented - naturally well organized and pays attention to small details.
- Multi-tasker - can effectively manage multiple small and large projects and tasks in parallel.
- Resourceful - will find out-of-the-box solutions to seemingly unsolvable problems.
- Proactive - anticipates the needs of the founders to create pleasant experiences.
- Fast learner - picks up new things fast, adaptive, and responsive to feedback.
- Intelligent - has raw brainpower to understand, problem-solve, and learn.
- Passion for psychology, consciousness, spirituality, health, well-being, etc.
Responsibilities:
Support the founders in their personal and work lives - everything from scheduling to travel planning, driving to meetings, and helping organize events.
- Scheduling - assist with booking meetings with all types of stakeholders and vendors, assist ATMAN team with scheduling client sessions.
- Travel - everything related to organizing seamless travel itineraries - flights, hotels, visas, regulations, accommodation, healthy food sources, local area information, etc.
- Driving - drive founders and clients to/from airports, meetings, events, etc., pick up organic produce from local vendors, pick up flowers, drop off dry cleaning, etc.
- Events - help organize private dinners and multi-day retreats in unique locations, managing everything from identifying the location to assisting guests.
- Organization - ensure founders stay on top of the most critical projects, meetings, and relationships, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Research - identify the best products, vendors, or services to solve specific personal or company problems.
- Vendors - managing any interactions with vendors like venues, online services, banks, insurance, telcos, government agencies, etc.;
- Personal tasks - deliveries, passport renewals, government paperwork, etc.
- Special projects - assist the team with a diverse set of projects, everything from managing online content to operations;
