About job

Responsible for assisting the guests with their luggage and cars upon arrival and departure according to our service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Welcome the guests upon their arrival in a friendly and caring manner according to the standards. 
  • Assist the guests with the delivery of their luggage to their room in an efficient and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest requests in a polite and efficient manner; refer requests to relevant staff if needed to ensure satisfaction.  Follow up when necessary.
  • Assist in regular walkthroughs of apartments with team members, providing support in yearly inventory and snagging.
  • Any other duties, which may be assigned from Superior.
  • Always keep a pleasant attitude.
  • Follow all policies and SOPs, to ensure smooth operation.

Knowledge and experience required:

Qualifications:
  • High school degree or similar.
  • Fluent in Montenegrin and English, both verbally and in written. 

Job – Specific Experience:
  • Operational knowledge of Front Office & Concierge. 

Required skills:
  • Communication skills.
  • Driver’s license – B category.
