SPA Manager (m/f)

 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Managing all operational processes of the SPA center,
  • Addressing the high-profile guest portfolio by keeping guest satisfaction at the highest level,
  • Establishing effective communication with guests, team members and management,
  • Carrying out studies to increase service quality by ensuring quality service and continuous development of SPA personnel,
  • Planning revenue-increasing and cost-reducing actions,
  • We are looking for a SPA MANAGER to carry out and manage the service provided smoothly by maintaining the service quality and to carry out the necessary inspections by ensuring that the service standards are applied in all areas.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferably having worked as a SPA Manager for 5 years,
  • Good computer skills (MS Office),
  • Good command of English,
  • Preferably having an Esthetician and Masseur certificate,
  • Having effective communication skills,
  • Paying attention to appearance and personal care,
  • Being well-spoken, friendly, warm-hearted and positive.
