Finance Controller (m/f)
Scope of work:
- Approval of Expensify and establishment of new accounting rules:
- Review and approve expenses submitted through Expensify.
- Develop and implement new accounting rules and policies as needed.
- Approval of Klippa and oversight of related processes:
- Review and approve Klippa submissions and manage associated processes.
- Tracking the USA budget:
- Monitor and track the budget for the USA region, ensuring financial targets are met.
- USA Travel and Entertainment (T&E) plan vs. actual:
- Analyze and report on T&E expenses in comparison to the budget for the USA region.
- Europe Travel and Hospitality (T&H) plan vs. actual:
- Analyze and report on T&H expenses in comparison to the budget for the European region.
- Forecasting incentives:
- Work on forecasting incentive payments accurately based on performance metrics.
- Monthly cash flow management for the USA:
- Monitor and manage cash flow on a monthly basis for the USA operations.
- Approval of Business Expense Reports (BB) in MHW and related correspondence:
- Review and approve Business Expense Reports in the MHW system.
- Manage all correspondence related to business expenses.
- Oversight of waste processing processes:
- Supervise and manage processes related to waste processing, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Verification of travel invoices:
- Review and verify travel invoices, ensuring accuracy in reported amounts.
- MICS Report:
- Generate and analyze the MICS (Management Information and Control System) report.
- Price structure for China:
- Develop and maintain the pricing structure for products/services in the Chinese market.
- Higher economic education;
- Fluency in Russian and English;
- Experience as an economist in FMCG or international companies from 3 years;
- Knowledge of accounting;
- Office location: Tivat, remote work is not allowed;
- Subordination: Finance manager.
- Employment in accordance with Montenegro labour legislation.
