Noblewood Adriatic - a producer, exporter and a distributor of alcoholic beverages, located in Nikšić, Montenegro, part of the international Noblewood Group, is looking for a:

Regional Director (International Sales Department) in Tivat
Scope of work:
  • Development of sales strategy, growing Beluga visibility, volume and profitability within the Region in off-trade and on-trade channels;
  • Regular field visits to off-trade and on-trade, negotiations with HoReCa accounts:
  • Participate in pricing and discounts management, target setting, profitability planning within the Region;
  • Building and maintain good relationship with key partners/customers;
  • Coordination of the communication  between distributors, partners, clients,
  • Manage the customers within the Region, lead in customer meetings and negotiations;
  • Active search and identification of new business partners/customers within the Region;
  • Lead annual and operational sales business planning within the Region;
  • Participation in preparation of annual Brand/Marketing plans for the customers within the Region;
  • Implementation of global marketing campaigns, owning responsibility delivering all marketing programs in accordance Brand Guide lines; Initiating and managing events;
  • Control and coordination of all other key marketing activities within the area (exhibitions, on-trade POSM development and distribution, other image projects):
  • Development and implement on/off-trade incentive programs, promo-activations and branding projects in the key accounts within the area implementation and control of all marketing activations in all channels;
  • Creation of all local reporting, quarterly marketing reports, monthly sales reports with practical insights, 1/2 yr review, FY sales planning and funds contribution, control of fulfillment to agreed:
  • Be responsible for customers’ payment control;
  • Manage customers' contracts and agreements and handle other legal issues within the Region.
  • Higher education, preferably in Economics or Marketing;
  • Excellent verbal and written English is a must;
  • Work experience in international sales of  Alcohol products & managing and cooperation with partners not less than 3-5 years. Transnational TOP-5 spirits companies - preferably:
  • Excellent knowledge of  sales operations in all channels including OFF-trade, national chains and on-trade with in the Region;
  • Strong understanding in marketing/trade marketing area;
  • Ability and willingness to frequent business trips with zone of responsibility:
  • Local language as well as excellent verbal and written English is a must;
  • Perfect networking and analytical skills;
  • Ability to learn and work in changing & dynamic environment;
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
  • Advanced PC user.
Foreign languages:
  • English - fluent (speak\read\write);
  • Serbian;
  • Russian.
