HR Manager (m/f)

International company CMM Investment Consulting Group, with its branch in Budva, is looking for HR manager.

The company has representatives worldwide, such as Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, Turkey. It deals with all the services in the field of real estate: construction, sales, renting, maintenance, furnishing, investment consulting. Being also a recognised Developer, CMM is constructing SPA resorts and other Apart hotel projects on the Montenegrin coast. Company won an award at the European Property Awards 2019-2020, and is absolute leader in real estate business in Montenegro.


HR Manager


You are our ideal candidate if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of recruitment (predominantly experience in working with a vacancy in the direction of sales);
  • Maintaining a portfolio of 15-20 vacancies and more;
  • Experience of independently closing at least 10 vacancies per month.

JOB responsibilities:

  • Search and selection of personnel for vacancies;
  • Compilation and placement of vacancies in open sources;
  • Building effective interaction with heads of departments;
  • Coordination of working conditions in the company with candidates, preparation of job offers;
  • Accompanying the candidate at the stage of accepting a job offer and during the probationary period;
  • Conducting exit interviews upon dismissal of employees;
  • Maintaining a database of candidates (E-staff).
