Duty Free Sales Manager
in Tivat

The Duty Free Sales Manager will be in charge of developing the Travel Retail business with all the retailers and distributors of the specific region for the Noblewood group. 
We are looking for a skilled Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our most important clients in Travel Retail.  
Our ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and be passionate about exceeding client expectations. 

Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives 
  • Research key customer wants and needs and suggest solutions that answer Clients’ needs 
  • Forecast sales by product and territory 
  • Negotiate prices, quantity and spaces in POS, budget and plan on a yearly basis with your Сlients 
  • Manage your P&L on responsible territory 
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that Key Clients’ needs are met. 
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key Clients and internal teams. 
  • Research and source new potential Clients 
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics 
  • Prepare reports for upper management 
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices 
  • Higher education in business administration, finance, sales, or related. 
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Duty Free / Travel Retail (Wine & Spirits, food & beverage, perfumes, fragrances, watches, jewelry, fashion, apparel, consumer electronics, etc.) 
  • Microsoft Office as well as CRM software advanced user  
  • Very open to Travel internationally 
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks 
  • Familiar with multicultural and international environment 
  • Appreciated previous titles: Area Sales Manager, Area Export Manager, Area Manager, Account Executive, Business Development Manager, Territory Manager, Key Account Manager
