On behalf of our Client, the global leader with more than 20 years of experience in international Trade of Food and Beverage, we are looking for:

Marketing Manager (m/f) 

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for revenue, sale & contribution growth and ATL/BTL marketing activities of brands;
  • Monitoring the pricing strategy of the competitors and own brand positioning in the market;
  • Planning and monitoring the annual trade marketing budget approved by CEO and effective utilization;
  • Conducting field audit checks for visibility of brand ambassadors and trade marketing activities, etc.;
  • Ensuring regular market visits as per agreed SOP's and prepare market visit reports gathering feedback, issues and other observations. (At least 2 days of each week must be spent in the market);
  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts;
  • Prepare new offers & price list formation for Key Clients & Target Markets;
  • Generating new business leads;
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share;
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, and logistic departments;
  • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget;
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns;
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management;


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar;
  • A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous;
  • At least two years' experience as a marketing manager HoReCa / Alcohol;
  • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software;
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities;
  • Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.);
  • English (Upper Intermediate), Russian will be a plus;
