Head of Furnishing department


Job description:

We are looking for qualified Head of Furnishing department in the field of property furnishing who will be responsible for driving the building and development process, for providing property management support for our clients and managing employees under them.

Job responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with the design and furnishing of CMM properties;
  • Managing employees in the department regarding the organization of business and advises employees in case of need;
  • Distributes clients to employees in the department;
  • Plans and organizes employee’s education in the department, as well as testing practical skills;
  • Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, architects, consultants, and property owners;
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with dealership and corporate management through the development process;
  • Looking for potential service providers;
  • Designs and equips the interior in accordance with the client's requirements;
  • Collects offers from suppliers and craftsmen;
  • Makes calculations and reports.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experinece in similar field;
  • Fluency in English; Russian is advantage;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with our internal managers, general contractors, consultants and surrounding property owners;
  • Thorough understanding of the project management process, including the ability to manage and evaluate consultants, budgets and multiple project schedules;
  • Design and sale skills with the ability to read/interpret plans and building code;
  • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles; analysis and reporting of financial data a plus;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
