International company CMM Investment Consulting Group, with its branch in Budva, is looking for:
Account Manager
The company has representatives worldwide, such as Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, Turkey. It deals with all the services in the field of real estate: construction, sales, renting, maintenance, furnishing, investment consulting. Being also a recognised Developer, CMM is constructing SPA resorts and other Apart hotel projects on the Montenegrin coast. Company won an award at the European Property Awards 2019-2020, and is absolute leader in real estate business in Montenegro.
JOB responsibilities:
- Maintaining efficient communication with potential international partners
- Processing inquiries from websites and other marketing sources, and submitting reports on them through digital platforms
- Consistent international clients relationship management
- Sourcing suitable properties for clients and consultation
- Managing the client’s arrival plans to MNE;
- Planning, preparation and attendance at international property exhibitions, networking events ans similar
- Promoting globally CMM’s properties & services
- Organization of online presentations & webinars for clients
JOB requirements:
- Preferred working experience in a similar field
- Knowledge of different languages
- Persistence, responsibility, organizational skills, reliability
- Showing initiative
- Ability to work in a team;
