International company CMM Investment Consulting Group, with its branch in Budva, is looking for Operations Manager in Furnishing Department.
The company has representatives worldwide, such as Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, Turkey. It deals with all the services in the field of real estate: construction, sales, renting, maintenance, furnishing, investment consulting. Being also a recognised Developer, CMM is constructing SPA resorts and other Apart hotel projects on the Montenegrin coast. Operations Manager – Furniture
 

This high-end interiors company in the Montenegro is looking for an Operations Manager/Coordinator who comes from a manufacturing background in high end interior fit-out and loose luxury furniture.
The successful candidate must well versed in interior fit out, and furniture manufacturing and be someone who is very much hands on, and has preferably risen from the rank and file of the industry.

Requirements:

The candidate must have exceptionally strong leadership traits since the managers he will be ‘managing’ are designers and craftsmens in both carpentry and paint, who have risen through the hierarchy, and have reached an esteemed status due to their exceptional talent.

The candidate must know materials, able to converse with such artisans, convince them, and manage them through the breadth of his experience. The candidate will also be responsible for procurement, organising, and overseeing, and as such should be familiar with the sources of all raw materials used in interior fit-out and loose furniture.
