About Job

Responsible for the production and promotion of a positive image of the company. You will create, plan, implement, manage and monitor the company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and carrying out Social Media campaigns and strategies
  • Monitoring the public and media's opinion.
  • Work on creating social media content, leaflets, brochures, speeches, newsletters, and websites.
  • Utilizing all forms of media, including national, regional, and trade press, to build, maintain, and manage the portrayal of a business.
  • Developing good working relationships with the local and international media and liaising with internal team members on potential news stories.
  • Assisting Social Media Agency in content selection and editing.
  • Developing, producing and coordinating photo and video opportunities.
  • Performing market research.
Knowledge and experience required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Social Media agency and/or hospitality and/or real estate field (marketing communications)
  • Fluent English and Montenegrin (native)
  • Proven work experience, or portfolio for video editing and production
