Noblewood Adriatic - a producer, exporter and a distributor of alcoholic beverages, located in Nikšić, Montenegro, part of the international Noblewood Group, is looking for a E-com Export Marketing Manager for a position of in-house:
E-com Export Marketing Manager
in Montenegro
Scope of work:
- Formulate strategies that concern the design and practicality bran online stores and adjacent platforms. Make executive decisions to ensure that these frameworks facilitate the generation of profit.
- Lead and develop brand availability, presence, awareness & promotion in global & regional e-commerce channels.
- Make sure that dedicated brand\products are properly registered, presented at related e-stores/platforms/marketplaces
- Annual brand planning & budgeting in e-com channel
- Achieving brand growth in key E-com platforms (Amazon, TMall, developing & implementing wide range of marketing programs and activations (image\awareness\trial\purchase)
- Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are implemented precisely.
- Monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics
- Effectively cooperate with export managers and distributors in the areas covered by online sales; manage conflict situations between online and offline clients;
- Working close with local agencies to execute planned activities according with brand guidelines
- Being responsible for budgets planning, financial control & management within dedicated channel.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- 2+ years experience as an e-commerce manager
- Completion of a related sales qualification is preferred.
- Marketing projects budgeting principles clear understanding and financial discipline
Personal skills:
- A goal oriented person with effective project management experience
- Supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
Foreign languages:
- English - fluent (speak\read\write)
- Russian or Serbian – nice to have but not obligatory
