Junior customer support representativ


Job description
  • Manage emails, chats, incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify customers’ problems or complaints and provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution and achieve satisfaction
  • Identify returning customers and building sustain relationship with them
  • Use the right methods and tools to assure new customers satisfaction
  • Provide valid and accurate information to customers regarding product cost, vehicle type, company policies, etc.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
  • Work in shifts, no night shifts
  • Job location is Remote for offices in Bar and Belgrade
Requirements and skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Internet use
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a strong advantage but it is not mandatory
  • Familiarity with auto industry is a plus
