Junior customer support representativ
Job description
- Manage emails, chats, incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify customers’ problems or complaints and provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution and achieve satisfaction
- Identify returning customers and building sustain relationship with them
- Use the right methods and tools to assure new customers satisfaction
- Provide valid and accurate information to customers regarding product cost, vehicle type, company policies, etc.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Work in shifts, no night shifts
- Job location is Remote for offices in Bar and Belgrade
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Internet use
- Minimum high school diploma
- Previous experience in a similar position is a strong advantage but it is not mandatory
- Familiarity with auto industry is a plus
