One Crna Gora DOO are looking for 4 candidates to join our team, for the role of
Consumer Contact Center Agent
in Podgorica
Responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls on time
- Providing additional support on social media platforms
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and, providing solutions
- Seize opportunities to sell/upsell and promote new products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database as per operating procedures
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- Minimum high school degree
- Excellent knowledge of English and preferably Russian/ verbal and written
- Preferable previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Written communication skills- the ability to communicate, concisely, and concretely in a friendly and professional manner
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- People-oriented personality
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Excellent data entry and typing skills with knowledge of Microsoft office
