One Crna Gora DOO are looking for 4 candidates to join our team, for the role of
                               

 Consumer Contact Center Agent
in Podgorica

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls on time 
  • Providing additional support on social media platforms  
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and, providing solutions 
  • Seize opportunities to sell/upsell and promote new products when they arise 
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile 
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database as per operating procedures 
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum high school degree 
  • Excellent knowledge of English and preferably Russian/ verbal and written 
  • Preferable previous experience in a customer support role 
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening 
  • Written communication skills- the ability to communicate, concisely, and concretely in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types 
  • People-oriented personality 
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively 
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills with knowledge of Microsoft office
