E- Commerce Executive (m/f)
Job Purpose:
Orascom Hotels Management is looking for an E-commerce Executive with experience in Online Distribution channels with minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
Key Responsibilities:
- The department covers 25 properties in 5 different countries
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on productivity
- Maintain rates and availability on CRS & OTA's extranet, create new rate plans and promotions
- Maintain cancellation policies and restrictions during peak periods
- Manage availability according to inventory available provided by Reservation department
- Monitor the display of rates - check for rate discrepancies in all online channels
- Ensure invoices are paid
- Create and modify data dumps sheets for mapping Channel Manager to OTA plaforms
- Coordinate PMS (Opera) interface with Synxis CRS system (with Revenue management and reservation teams) when hotels are interfaced
Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 years experience in E-commerce and E-distribution with hotels
- Highly computer literate: Expert in Excel sheet, Using OTA extranets or other hotel related CRS systems.
- interested in new technologies, easy-going with new software
- Self-learner, adaptability, precise
- Job location is El Gouna or remotely working based at The Chedi Luštica Bay Montenegro
