HR PARTNERS for a very famous client with tradition of more then 150 years in LONDON, Great Britain, is searching for a job position – YOUNG COOK. 




Required number of employees: 3


  • Provide hands on kitchen management whilst working in your section, demonstrate hygienic and health & safety working practices throughout service
  • Demonstrate excellent culinary and knife skills
  • Responsible for the preparation and execution of top quality Mediterranean dishes and recipes as directed by the Executive Chef
  • Maintaining high standards of cuisine during service to ensure quality assurance and consistency of production
  • Provide a strong work ethic in the section and nurture demi chefs in their learning and development
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure


  • Work experience of minimum 2 years on the same position is required; fine dining experience is huge advantage
  • English is required as mandatory language
  • Type of education: City & Guilds or a professional cookery qualification, Level 2 Food safety and hygiene is necessary for this position
  • Meals are provided on duty
  • There is a 2 months period of introduction for job tasks
  • The work permit process takes around 2 months
  • Job can last for a years, if both sides are satisfied
