International company CMM Investment Consulting Group, based in Budva, needs an Account Manager for the Montenegrin & Spanish real-estate market, in the CMM Global department.
The company has representatives and partners worldwide, such as the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Russia, Turkey etc. It deals with all services in the field of real estate: construction, migration, sale, renting, maintenance, investment consulting, tourism etc.
Account Manager
Job description:
- Working with international clients online;
- Processing inquiries from websites and other marketing sources, as well as submitting reports on them;
- Consistent client relationship management;
- Sourcing suitable properties for clients and consultation;
- Management of client’s arrival plans to MNE;
- Maintaining efficient communication with potential international partners;
- Planning, preparation and attendance of international property exhibitions, networking events, etc.
- Promoting globally CMM’s properties & services;
- Organization of online presentations & webinars for clients.
Requirements:
- Preferred work experience in a similar field;
- Excellent knowledge of English is obligatory; knowledge of French is additional benefit;
- Persistence, responsibility, organizational skills, reliability;
- Showing initiative;
- Ability to work in a team.
