Maybach International Group LLC is looking for for experienced:
Truck Dispatchers (m/f)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Booking loads and communication with brokers, drivers, customers;
- Monitoring and responding to e-mails and business chats immediately;
- Answering a high volume of phone calls and providing information and 24/7 care to customers;
- Scheduling/rescheduling pick up and delivery appointments, dispatching and providing assistance to drivers, resolving all kinds of transportation issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience at similar or same position (an absolute must);
- Fluent English, both spoken and written ( will be tested);
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Stress-resilient, being able to work under pressure;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask;
- Able to work in shifts and on weekends.
