Your Mission
* As a Rental Sales Agent, you'll deliver on our promise to customers to provide truly exceptional service. You'll be brilliant at creating an unbeatable experience that keeps customers coming back time and time again.
What you'll work on
* Our Airport locations are highly sales-focused, with huge customer volumes, and a fast pace. People from across the globe and all walks of life will be coming to your counter – no two interactions are ever the same. It's an exciting atmosphere where things change quickly, and you have to be at the ready every minute of the day.
* You'll also be skilled at promoting the extra products and services that suit each person's needs, like WiFi coverage, GPS, child seats, etc.
* From meeting sales and customer service targets to making sure clients have got the vehicles they need where they need it, there is lot to achieve to help build a successful branch.
* Managing Rental Agreements and other rental documents through centralized IT system
* Meet all sales and service standards
* Secure that vehicles are prepared and ready for clients on time and in a proper manner.
* If you have the enthusiasm, the commitment, and the talent, there are no limits here.
What you'll bring to the table
* You are fluent in English. It is plus if you are proficient in another language like Russian, German, French or another language.
* Computer literacy
* Experienced driver (a driving license with at least 2 years of experience)
* Ability to follow defined service and sales processes
* Experience meeting sales quotas or working in commissioned positions is a plus, but not mandatory
