What You'll Be Doing:

• Customer Connection: Manage a variety of inbound and outbound calls with flair, ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.
• Social Media Support: Be part of our online presence – provide extra support on social media platforms because we're not just about calls!
• Problem Solver: Dive into customer needs, untangle information, and provide solutions with a smile.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: A minimum high school degree – we value diversity and welcome various educational backgrounds.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but if you bring enthusiasm, that's what matters most!
• Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written.
• Target Achiever: Set and surpass personal and team targets because success is what we strive for!
• Communication Skills: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening.
• Written Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and concretely in a friendly and professional manner.
