In order to apply for the position you need to meet the following:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Degree in Accounting or Finance with accounting courses;
- Montenegrin language and English (fluent verbal and written);
- Hospitality accounting experience as per USAH;
- High degree of accuracy in bookkeeping;
- Excellent computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of major accounting software packages, preferably SUN system;
- Understanding of Back and Front Office systems (Opera, Micros), use of Electronic Cash Register machines, knowledge of MC material control;
- Planning and organizing departmental activities;
- Time management;
- Prepared to work extended hours as required;
- Strong personality and problem-solving abilities;
- Stress tolerance; Team player; Interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Confidentiality; Reliability; Flexibility; Responsibility.
