For the purposes of our Client, multi-national REAL ESTATE company, located in 80 countries and territories around the world, we are posting job advertisement looking for:

 

SALES DIRECTOR

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develops key strategies for the Master Franchise Office;
  • Monitors the integrity of the elements of the franchise agreement and policies;
  • Collaborates with the sales department for setting the market objectives;
  • Collaborates with the marketing department for the development of the strategy;
  • Develops and maintains the Business Plan of the office;
  • Coordinates External Resources and their Short Term Plans;
  • Creates and Develops Brokerage Advice;
  • Develops a network of actors needed for complementary services;
  • Assists in the development of new training modules in the office;
  • Analyzes the Franchise’s Process to Provide Opportunities for Business Growth.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field education;
  • Previous experience in Real Estate, Sales, Advertising, Promoting;
  • Sales drive;
  • Self-confidence and ability to work in team;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Highly Competitive.
