Marina Administration Coordinator

 

We open our Marina this year and so we are looking for our Administration Coordinator to join the Marina Team. Responsible for providing a full administrative support service to Marina Operations and our guests arriving into the Marina, this role:

  • Arranges all technical support required within the Marina itself and by visiting yachts;
  • Owns the processing and tracking of invoices, payment requests and services;
  • Supports Marina guests with queries and issues to ensure their stay in Luštica Bay is memorable.

As the successful candidate, you will have a minimum of:

  • 3 years administration and coordination experience;
  • Have worked in a customer focused environment;
  • Be fluent in Montenegrin and English, both written and verbal;
  • Use of Microsoft Office Products.

Ideally, having worked in the yachting sector before, you will be efficient and put the customer at the center of your focus.
