HR company WEON, for the client, international company, is looking for experienced professionals for the position of:

Wholesales and Fleet Sales Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for Wholesale and Fleet Sales;
• Responsible for preparation of Business Plan for Wholesale Department;
• Sets Targets for Wholesale Department according to the Company’s Business Plan;
• Visits customers and potential customers to present fuels and lubricants to them and
  maintains contact on a regular basis;
• Explores the Wholesale sector in order to identify opportunities for new customers;
• Proposes commercial terms (including credit) on new and old customers’ contracts;
• Monitors customers’ volumes (including analysis) and acts in order to maintain and
  improve it;
• Responsible for managing a team of subordinates, reviewing and assessing their
  performance, supports their professional development and enables them to optimize
  their contribution to the department;
• Responsible for development and training of the customers on the products of the
  Company;
• Provides all necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner;
• Ensures that all relevant processes and procedures are followed;
• Performs all other tasks as may be required by their superior/superiors.

Requirements to the candidates:

• A university degree in Economy, Business Administration, or Engineering;
• 5 years of professional experience on managerial position in sales;
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
• Analytical, numerical and good reasoning skills;
• Team working, organizing and controlling ability;
• Efficiency and result orientation;
• Good command of English language;
• Good command of Excel, Word, and Power Point;
• Driving license – B category.
