Country Manager for Montenegro

Job brief:

We are looking for a person to run our organization’s ongoing operations in Montenegro.

The Country Manager role is a key one and will be reporting to International Sales Manager and to the CEO of Donesi.com. You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an efficient leader. If you also have excellent communication skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you.

The goal of the Country Manager position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting daily operations of the company and the work of teams with main responsibilities focused on Sales, Operations and Customer Care;
• Analyzing and evaluating performance of partners;
• Optimizing and improving sales and operations in Montenegro;
• Responsible for both local account management practices and acquisition of new clients;
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in sales;
• Strong structuring, organizational and analytical skills;
• Demonstrable competency in planning and business development;
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English is a must, MBA is an advantage.
