Hotel Hilton, Podgorica Crna Gora, is looking for qualified candidates for the following position:

         

 

FOOD and BEVERAGE MANAGER

 

 

JOB SUMMARY:
A Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall operation and coordination of all Food and Beverage activities, outlets, catering, and banquets in a large hotel operation where F&B is a major contributor to revenue. The Food and Beverage Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, F&B Manager will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations;
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service;
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards;
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team;
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Beverage Costs;
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures;
  • Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team;
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement;
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree;
  • Excellent English language skills (B2, C1 or C2);
  • Other languages will be an added value;
  • Minimum three-year experience in the same field;
  • Hospitality/Travel/leisure industry management professional;
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in F&B Management;
  • Culturally aware and flexible;
  • Excellent people motivator;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent grooming standards.
