BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Executing the Night audit procedures;
  • Prepare reporting for Head of departments;
  • Creating and confirming booking for guests;
  • Recording, invoicing and execution of exchange transactions;
  • Verification and issuance of items to guests from and to the deposit;
  • Creating daily cash balance for reception;
  • Solving lost and found items;
  • Identity Control at the entrance to the check – in point;
  • Provide information to guests;
  • Other activities and tasks in the line with the position.

BRIEF LIST OF SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Knowledge of minimum two foreign languages, knowledge of English language is must;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • High level of communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Flexibility & initiative;
  • High levels of loyalty & integrity;
  • PC knowledge;
  • Knowledge of Epitome Property Management System is an advantage.
