EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

 

who will work closely with the company’s founder and other team members.

We are looking for a high-energy and extremely well-organized individual who displays an interest in social media and viral videos. The candidate needs to follow instructions meticulously and demonstrate impressive communication skills.

The role requires perfect knowledge of English as it will be the company’s working language.



Responsibilities:

  • Reading, sorting, and responding to correspondence;
  • Planning and scheduling meetings, trips and phone calls;
  • Assisting the founder in public institutions, banks, etc.
  • Running personal errands as needed;
  • Drafting memos and business reports;
  • Maintaining basic office equipment and restocking inventory of office supplies;
  • Providing superior customer service;
  • Researching social media;
  • Running the company’s social media accounts.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of English;
  • Superior communication skills;
  • Multitasking;
  • Creative approach;
  • Keen interest in social media
  • Understanding of viral marketing;
  • Skilled team player;
